Job summary

Sodexo Energy & Resources seeks a Construction Project Controls Analyst to support North American site construction delivery, from offices to refineries. You will develop Power BI dashboards, administer Procore, SAP PS, Primavera P6, and SharePoint reporting, and provide data-driven forecasting and governance.

The role partners with Project Managers, Directors, Finance, Procurement, and executives to transform project data into actionable insights, ensure data quality, and deliver executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Related experience: 3 years.
• Procore expert-level use.
• Experience developing dashboards and executive reporting.
• Experience with project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and related docs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for multi-project portfolio.
• Manage Procore settings, permissions, and project configurations.
• Support forecasting visibility and data governance across projects.
• Prepare executive-level reporting packages for senior leadership.
