Job summary

The role requires extensive EVMS, cost forecasting, and ERP/BI tool experience, with a focus on delivering accurate baselines and reports for federal programs.

Qualifications

• GovCon or aerospace/defense/large infrastructure experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience managing CPFF/CPIF contracts with FFP and T&M.
• FAR/CAS knowledge and DCAA audit readiness.
• EVMS (ANSI/EIA-748) and variance analysis.
• ERP experience: Deltek Costpoint, SAP or Oracle; Excel/Power BI/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project control function for a project and guide internal/external teams.
• Lead and prepare baseline cost deliverables and monthly/quarterly reports.
• Provide guidance to less experienced project controls personnel.
