You will lead financial reporting, compliance, and project-wide cost monitoring from $20 million to $1 billion in contract value, interfacing between operations and corporate finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field.
• 2-3+ years of relevant construction controls/financial experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project financial reporting and forecasting.
• Assist with owner requisitions, subcontractor AP, and vendor payments.
• Monitor cost reports, KPI tracking, and change orders.
• Support project setup, closeout, and contract reviews.
• Lead/participate in project meetings and financial reviews.
• Develop and maintain relationships with project teams and stakeholders.
