Job summary

This role acts as CFO-level advisor to the Project Delivery Team and executive management, developing careers and ensuring accurate reporting across departments.

You will manage cash flows, contracts, and change orders, lead risk assessments, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of financial/data analysis or public accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or an equivalent degree.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes financial results of projects and communicates to senior management.
• Earns trust and secures buy-in for processes across project delivery teams.
• Manages cash flows, contracts, and change orders with a focus on financial risk.
• Reconciles monthly and annual financial reports and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
• Leads and develops team members, ensuring effective cross-functional communication.
