Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Project Control Specialist to support a post-quantum computing office in Arlington. This hybrid role focuses on planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables across multiple workstreams, including post-quantum, crypto modernization, and architecture teams.

You will coordinate with senior leadership, develop briefings and reports, and ensure alignment with policy and requirements.

Qualifications

Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD TS/SCI clearance.
Education & Experience: Master’s or Bachelor’s with significant experience, or extensive experience in lieu of degree.
Skills: leadership, task coordination, senior-leader communication, and cybersecurity policy knowledge.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and integrate operations and program budgeting.
Track, coordinate, and communicate tasks and due dates for deliverables.
Integrate activities across organizations, compiling data and producing reports.
Track tasks using an enterprise task management system, such as CATMS.
Develop briefings, talking points, and presentations for clients and senior leaders.
Act as a key interface for program and project matters, particularly for products and coordination.
Collaborate with industry partners and vendors to support project goals.
Balance multiple workstreams and work collaboratively across teams.
