Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful project change management and full exposure to project business case scrutiny processes and project controls practices.
• Experience implementing Bechtel change management systems that compliment contractual arrangements.
• Strong communication skills to influence and coach the team in effective change management at all stages of delivery.
• Demonstrated capability to interface with commercial and technical functions to effect baseline change management.
• Significant engineering and construction management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of directing change management functions.
• Experience establishing criteria for Project Controls change management activities.
• Excellent oral and written communication, presenting change related information to management and client.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, coordinates, and directs trend and change management program and presentations to Bechtel and client management.
• Develops and conducts change management related training of project personnel.
• Develops, interprets, and executes policy, objectives, and standards applicable to change management activities.
• Provides leadership integrating the change management process with other key project procedures (e.g., Risk Management, Forecasting, Cost, Trends).
• Leads analysis of change initiatives or work planning requiring detailed change assessment and response planning.
