Job summary

Hargrove & Associates Inc. in Houston, TX seeks a Senior Project Buyer to lead procurement for heavy industrial projects, including chemical, refining, and power sectors.

You will develop bid packages, submit RFQs, evaluate proposals, negotiate terms, and award purchase orders. You will also expedite vendor data and equipment, develop procurement plans, mentor junior staff, and help establish strategic sourcing agreements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in industrial supply chain procurement for heavy industry.
• Experience with project procurement in chemical, refining, or power sectors preferred.
• CPSM certification highly preferred.

## Senior Project BuyerApply: Houston, TX: Full time: Posted Today: 2026-001016# What You'll Be Doing**Job Scope:** Generally responsible for developing bid packages, submitting Request for Quote (RFQ), evaluating commercial proposals, negotiating terms and conditions, and awarding purchase orders.
