Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks an experienced procurement professional to develop bid packages, issue RFQs, and evaluate supplier proposals for heavy industrial projects. You will negotiate terms, award purchase orders, and support project procurement efforts with a focus on safety and compliance.
The role requires 10+ years in industrial project procurement, familiarity with CPSM preferred, and the ability to mentor junior staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Generally responsible for developing bid packages, submitting Request for Quote (RFQ), evaluating commercial proposals, negotiating terms and conditions, and awarding purchase orders. Responsibilities could also include expediting of vendor data and equipment in support of various projects.

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor or Master of Science degree in related field from an accredited university is highly preferred.
This position requires 10 or more years of relevant industrial experience in Supply Chain Management, specifically in Project Procurement.
Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) is highly preferred.
