• Extensive experience in complex technical projects lifecycle.
• Expert proficiency in Earned Value Management, cost estimation, pricing, and project controls.
• Ability to influence sponsors and partner with executive leadership under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Decision Support: translate financial data into actionable scenarios.
• Financial Stewardship: lead cost and schedule accountability, including EVM.
• Executive Interface: liaise between project, customer and executive management.
• Contractual Guidance: oversee complex task orders and contractual alignment.
