Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with related experience in business administration, finance, or accounting.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced skills in MS Office; familiarity with Workday.
• Self-starter with ability to plan, multi-task, and resolve complex issues independently.
• Knowledge of hiring foreign nationals and immigration statuses.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Section Business Manager with budget development and financial planning; data analysis and reporting.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial analyses and forecasting for management.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Lead/participate in initiatives for process improvement and reporting automation.
• Maintain the Section’s internal and external websites and databases.
• Provide support for Power and Energy Services Center management; perform ad-hoc duties.
