Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture required.
• Licensed Architect in California.
• Minimum 15 years of architectural experience leading complex projects.
• Proficient with REVIT, AutoCAD, and related design tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Project Architect on medium-to-large projects.
• Lead architectural design from concept through construction documents.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across architecture, engineering, planning, interiors, and consultants.
• Facilitate client presentations, design reviews, and stakeholder engagement.
• Interpret and apply building codes (IBC, ADA, NFPA, etc.).
• Provide code analysis and compliance strategies during planning and design.
