You will mentor junior staff, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, produce construction documents, and ensure code compliance. Requires CA-licensed architect and 15+ years of experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture is required.
• Licensed Architect with California license required.
• 15+ years of architectural experience, including leading complex projects.
• Experience with Life Science R&D, Water/Wastewater projects.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design and development from concept to construction documents.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across architecture, engineering, planning, interiors.
• Conduct client presentations and design reviews.
• Ensure code compliance with IBC, ADA, NFPA.
• Mentor junior architects and designers.
• Collaborate with project managers to manage design risk.
• Lead responses to RFIs and shop drawings.
