Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture.
• 7–10+ years of professional experience in high-end residential or design‑driven projects.
• Strong technical design development, detailing, and construction documentation.
• Solid knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and detailing.
• Mentoring skills to support junior staff.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience guiding production teams through timelines and deliverables.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Experience in client, consultant, and contractor communications.
• Ability to work with principal and production team from schematic design through construction administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical development of design and construction documents from concept to construction administration.
• Collaborate with contractors and material suppliers to achieve constructability.
• Collaborate with Job Captains, design staff, and consultants for coordinated delivery.
• Provide mentorship, redlining, and technical guidance to junior team members.
• Frequent client and consultant code and zoning analyses for compliance.
• Coordinate consultant work and integrate engineering systems into drawings.
• Oversee document quality and QA/QC per office standards.
• Engage in studio activities, project reviews, and firm culture.
• Coordinate and participate in client and consultant meetings.
• Protect design intent while ensuring code compliance and technical delivery.
• Lead project team in jobsite meetings and provide follow up and solutions.
