Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience managing multiple high-end residential or hospitality projects.
• Minimum of one completed luxury residential project over 6,000 SF.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of projects, from pre-design through construction observation.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff.
• Manage simultaneous projects, delegating responsibilities as needed.
