GRT Architects in Brooklyn seeks a Senior Project Architect (licensed) or Senior Project Manager (unlicensed) with high-end residential experience in NYC. Lead multiple complex projects from concept through construction administration and coordinate with Partners to ensure top-tier delivery.

Ideal candidates possess a professional architecture degree, 6+ years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and mastery of NYC codes.

Competenze

• Professional degree in architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
• 6+ years of experience at an architecture firm with similar scope
• Demonstrated experience across all design and construction phases
• Excellent communication, graphic, and organizational skills
• Experience with AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
• Extensive knowledge of NYC building and zoning codes, permitting, and LPC
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Legal right to work in the United States and English fluency
• Ability to work full-time, in person from Greenpoint, Brooklyn offices
