Guerin Glass Architects in New York seeks a Senior Architect/Designer with 8+ years of experience and a professional degree in Architecture. You will lead design and documentation, work directly with clients and consultants, and collaborate with principals and project managers.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, excellent communication, and comprehensive knowledge of design across hospitality, commercial, and residential projects. NYC codes familiarity is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in architectural design and project management.
• Licensed Architect (RA) a plus.
• Familiar with NYC codes and regulations (DOB/LPC).
• CA experience with client-facing responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; minimum 3 years on Revit-based projects.
