The role leads multiple project teams from concept through construction administration, working closely with Partners to ensure top-tier delivery.

The position requires a professional architecture degree, 6+ years in practice, and in-person work from Greenpoint Brooklyn offices. Strong leadership and NYC code knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
• Excellent communication, graphic, and organizational skills.
• Current legal ability to work in the United States, fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects from concept to construction administration.
• Coordinate staffing requirements and manage design teams.
• Direct consultants and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Serve as main client contact and review drawing sets for all stages.
