  • Coordinate and manage consultants and internal BBB team; execute coordination meetings, communicate directly with the Project Manager, and keep the team focused on the required tasks.
  • Navigate and contribute to the Revit model assembly by guiding the team in the proper direction as set by our office BIM standards.
  • Direct team in development of zoning, permit, or other regulatory review packages.

  • Ability to anticipate and understand what the most complex, challenging or critical design or technical problems might be for the project and assign appropriate resources.
  • Strong interpersonal skills - Motivating, influencing the team to meet or exceed goals in a positive manner, providing clear instructions and mentorship as required.
  • Experience serving as team leader while effectively delegating assignments with prior experience in a comparable position supervising staff.
Capabilities When Working with BIM Software
