Qualifications

• Ability to produce and coordinate complex project documentation from concept through construction administration.
• Proficiency with Revit and other industry-standard software.
• Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage project teams, consultants, and client relationships.

Seeking a Project Architect with 7+ years of experience in multifamily residential projects. This individual will lead the development of project vision, design, technical detailing, and documentation while ensuring the production of complete, accurate, and coordinated project deliverables. The Project Architect will collaborate closely with project leadership to manage complex projects and multiple assignments simultaneously. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to design excellence, project performance, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project teams throughout all phases of design and delivery.
• Manage and direct internal staff as well as external consultants.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with project leadership to achieve project goals and client expectations.

Design & Technical Execution

• Develop and oversee architectural design, technical details, and construction documentation.
• Apply extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Make informed design and documentation decisions aligned with project objectives.
• Lead teams in producing complete drawing and specification sets.
• Participate in quality assurance and quality control reviews.
• Oversee construction administration and provide contract document interpretation during construction.

Client & Business Development

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, and suppliers.
• Support proposal preparation, project pursuits, and marketing efforts.
• Participate in project programming, scope development, and budgeting efforts.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to meet project objectives.
• Mentor and support architects and designers.
• Contribute to the overall success, quality, and growth of the organization.

Qualifications
