Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Project Architect in Bellevue, WA, to lead design execution for Cities & Places projects. You will oversee documentation, BIM coordination, and coordination with the project team to align with client goals, budget, and schedule.

The role requires strong design leadership, experience with BIM workflows, and a deep knowledge of building codes. Hybrid work model offered with opportunity for growth across projects and environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent education/experience.
• 10–15 years architecture experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM coordination workflows.
• Washington license preferred; visa sponsorship not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure design intent is incorporated into detailed documentation.
• Monitor design process from concept to construction administration.
• Coordinate drawings and specifications; manage BIM data.
• Lead collaboration within the project team and ensure data organization.
