Job summary

PBK is seeking a Project Architect to lead the production of construction documents and manage multi-discipline teams through all design phases. The role emphasizes adherence to PBK standards, client service, and timely delivery within budget.

You will collaborate with the Project Manager to establish budgets and schedules, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with government agencies to ensure code compliance and permit approvals.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Architect in your state.
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture is required.
• 5+ years of professional experience preferred.
• Must demonstrate proficiency in using Revit.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate production of construction documents and specifications in compliance with PBK standards.
• Organize and direct architectural and/or engineering teams to execute work in a timely, coordinated manner.
• Ensure projects meet budget goals and schedules set by the client.
• Coordinate with government agencies, utilities, and resolve plan check issues.
• Exhibit strong knowledge of building codes and ensure compliance.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise project staff under guidance of Project Manager.
