Job summary

PBK is seeking a Technical Designer in Orlando, FL to produce high quality construction documents across schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.

You will collaborate with architects and project managers, assemble plans for permitting, and help build Revit models during the design phase. The role reports to the Production Director and requires strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
• 1+ years of professional experience preferred.
• Proficiency in using Revit.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality construction documents.
• Work across Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration.
• Report to Production Director.
• Coordinate preparation of construction documents with team members.
• Assist with building Revit models during the design phase.
• Assist architects and project managers during construction administration.
