Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Architect in your state.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture is required.
• 5+ years of professional experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate production of construction documents and specifications in compliance with PBK standards.
• Organize and direct the architectural/engineering teams to execute work timely and coherently.
• Ensure project meets budget goals and schedules set by the client.
• Coordinate with government agencies and utility companies; resolve plan check issues.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee assignments.
• Help establish project budgets and schedules with the Project Manager.
