DGA, based in Newport Beach, is seeking a Senior Project Architect who blends technical mastery with leadership. You will guide projects from client vision through site execution, manage multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior staff in a collaborative studio.

Responsibilities include leading construction documents, coordinating consultants, and shepherding projects from inception to permit and bid. Required: 8+ years, licensed architect, and strong Revit/AutoCAD skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Licensed or registered architect with active credentials.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD mandatory; experience with design tools is essential.

Aufgaben

• Lead one or more small to medium projects or part of a larger project; ensure profitability.
• Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants.
• Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions for design challenges.
• Produce architectural drawings, renderings, and design assignments.
• Create and coordinate complete construction documents for permits and bids.
• Lead consultant coordination across disciplines.
• Develop and edit project specifications.
• Oversee day-to-day construction administration and mentor junior staff.
• Plan staffing and project work with leadership.
• Build trusted client relationships and maintain project quality.
