Job summary

Stratus is seeking a Project Architect II (RA) in Florida who will lead architectural projects from design development to construction completion. The role emphasizes project leadership, technical rigor, and coordination with clients and consultants to meet goals and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates will bring licensure (RA), a degree in architecture, and 10–20 years of architectural design and project management experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect (RA).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 10-20 years of experience in architectural design and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design projects from concept through construction.
• Prepare construction documents and ensure compliance with codes.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Oversee technical aspects to ensure feasibility for construction.
• Conduct quality control reviews on documentation.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Serve as primary client contact and provide updates.
• Oversee construction administration and site visits.
