You will lead design teams, coordinate with consultants, and ensure project alignment with client requirements and codes. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture with 4–5 years of experience, and demonstrates strong technical skills, collaboration, and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect (RA) with professional registration.
• 4–5 years of professional architectural design experience.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development and construction documentation for architectural projects.
• Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet milestones.
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure conformance with plans and quality standards.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure regulatory compliance and permit delivery.
