Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Architect to lead multidisciplinary teams across Montana projects including data centers, water facilities, and civic buildings.

You will drive design development, manage construction documents, and coordinate with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality facilities. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in industrial architecture, registration as an Architect, and strong Revit proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or closely related field required.
• Registered Architect with strong coding and design knowledge.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on complex facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead owner/client and internal meetings for code compliance.
• Direct project teams to deliver construction documents and milestones.
• Collaborate with project manager to manage scope and schedule.
• Develop and coordinate architectural design documents.
• Mentor staff and coordinate with studio leads and principals.
• Review drawings for conflicts and perform QA/QC across disciplines.
• Prepare and edit architectural specifications and manage RFIs/COs.
