Job summary

Pope Design Group is seeking a Senior Project Architect to lead design development and documentation for industrial and manufacturing projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager and an integrated design team to translate concepts into high-quality construction documents.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of licensed experience in industrial projects, strong Revit and MS Office proficiency, and a collaborative, client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with 10+ years of Industrial & Manufacturing project experience.
• Experience across all phases of architecture and coordination of project elements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in Revit and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bluebeam and Affinity Photo experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural design and documentation for new buildings, additions, and alterations.
• Coordinate with Principals/Project Managers and clients, providing design direction.
• Interface with clients on design issues and develop architectural solutions.
• Translate concepts into workable construction systems and oversee document development on complex projects.
• Coordinate specifications, drawings, and consultant coordination; make independent project decisions.
• Provide technical oversight and QA/QC during project delivery and ensure code compliance.
