Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, Inc. in Orlando is seeking an Interior Designer/Interior Architect for our Healthcare Studio.

You will lead interiors-focused healthcare design on diverse projects, collaborating with teams to deliver integrated concepts and documentation. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture with 3+ years of experience, strong presentation and technical skills in Revit and related software.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited university.
3+ years of experience.
Excellent presentation, drawing and sketching skills.
Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, and project management skills.
Proficiency in Revit required / Microsoft Suite (Other design-related programs are a plus).
Motivated self-starter and works well in a collaborative environment.
Ability to communicate comfortably and confidently with team members and clients.

Responsibilities

Provide interiors-focused healthcare expertise that enhances the design concept.
Participate in or lead programming and pre-planning design analyses.
Provide conceptual design input and design documentation on varied healthcare projects.
Assist or lead FF&E and artwork recommendations for clients.
Assist with interior design standards development for clients.
Assist with or lead presentation composition for visioning and design meetings.
Coordinate with graphic artists, signage, branding, and engineering consultants for integrated solutions.
