Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; licensed architect or reciprocity in Florida.
• 15+ years of healthcare design experience.
• Proven leadership on complex healthcare projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic facility planning and design vision for major healthcare projects.
• Guide teams through schematic design to construction administration.
• Mentor designers and foster a collaborative design culture across offices.
• Represent the firm in client presentations and professional settings.
