Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• At least 6 years of related experience.
• Must be a Registered Architect.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute project design with attention to building codes and documentation quality.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed phases of professional work on major projects.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and ADA requirements.
• Assist in developing staff-hours and project schedules.
• Coordinate layouts, design, drafting, and specs with team members.
• Mentor junior staff and develop future project architects.
• Support in establishing project design criteria and stay informed on new technologies.
