Morris Adjmi Architects (MA) seeks an experienced Project Architect / Architectural Designer III to lead design development, technical coordination, and construction documentation for complex projects. You will guide project teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure design intent is translated into high-quality construction documents.

You will collaborate with project managers and directors, coordinate with consultants, and drive design excellence while maintaining MA's standards for collaboration,

Qualifikationen

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• 8+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Project Architect: Licensed Architect required.
• Architectural Designer III: actively pursuing architectural registration.
• LEED, WELL, Passive House, or other accreditations encouraged.
• Mastery of Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong technical design, project coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading consultant coordination and producing high-quality construction documentation through all phases of design.

Aufgaben

• Lead project design concepts and development through construction documents.
• Coordinate technical design solutions with Project Managers and Directors and manage consultant coordination.
• Mentor and guide junior staff and maintain design intent across all phases.
• Establish project priorities, meetings, and deadlines; monitor quality and timelines.
• Collaborate with specification writers to prepare comprehensive project manuals.
• Review drawings for accuracy and coordinate with contractors during construction.
