Qualifications

• Accredited professional degree in Architecture.
• Architectural Registration required.
• Experience with health projects preferred.
• Typically 15+ years of experience.
• Sustainable design accreditation preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and 3D modeling software.
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp and InDesign is preferred.
• MS Office Suite proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Leads team of Project Architects in planning work and solving design detail problems.
• Collaborates with PIC/PM to define project work plans and manage production schedules.
• Leads creation of complex implementation documents reflecting design intent.
• Leads development of code analysis to ensure zoning requirements are met.
• Supervises document preparation for QA/QC and firm standards.
• Coordinates with PM, clients, consultants and contractors to obtain approvals and modify scope.
• Presents design concepts and drawings to clients.
• Maintains open client communication and guides projects to completion.
• Documents meetings and coordinates with project team for collaboration.
• Promotes sustainable design and design excellence within projects.
