Qualifications

• Registered Architect with minimum 8 years in a design-focused practice.
• Lead design development with high technical quality and strong client service.
• Experience managing teams through all project phases and complex consultant coordination.
• Knowledge of construction systems, detailing, specifications, constructability, and cost analysis.
• Translate design intent into clear, coordinated, buildable documents.
• Strong organizational and project management skills balancing scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Ability to lead internal teams and engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in civic, federal, and/or educational projects preferred.
• Mentor and elevate junior staff.
• Fluency in Revit required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams from concept through construction, balancing design vision and technical execution.
• Advise on contract negotiation and fee proposals.
• Oversee production and coordination of drawing sets for clarity and completeness.
• Foster productive team engagement and clear project workflows for documentation.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and project communications.
• Guide code analysis and integration of standards and guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal and external team members and consultants.
• Provide thorough quality control reviews.
• Perform construction administration including submittals, RFIs, pay apps, punch lists, and change orders.
