Job summary

STV Incorporated is seeking multiple Project Architects in Los Angeles, CA and San Francisco, CA. You will lead design and technical development, coordination, and delivery of architectural projects across institutional, transportation, civic, education, healthcare, and justice sectors.

The role requires licensure in California, strong leadership, and extensive experience guiding project teams from concept through construction administration. Strong BIM and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Licensure in California required.
• Demonstrated strength of technical knowledge & design sensibility.
• Experience with 3D modeling & BIM documentation tools (Revit/Rhino); Enscape, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of one or more projects.
• Develop design to meet program, budget, environmental, and legal requirements.
• Manage projects through interaction with consultants and team to ensure timely completion.
• Develop design layouts and frameworks with drawings and specifications for coordination.
• Lead scheduling, scope definition, budgeting, staffing, and construction administration; manage change orders.
