As a Senior Project Architect, you will develop design solutions into construction documents, analyze design intent, and collaborate with the team throughout all project phases. Responsibilities include developing technical designs, reviewing project products, coordinating with stakeholders, and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing technical designs and editing architectural drawings to meet quality, timeline, and budget goals.
• Performing programming, code research, material and systems research, and site evaluations.
• Reviewing project products and coordinating with authorities and contractors.
• Delegating tasks and mentoring team members.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience across all project phases, familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, MEP, and structural systems.
• Understanding of building codes, organized, detail-oriented, with related post-secondary education.
• 10-15+ years of experience, with assets including experience in commercial, industrial, lab, education, or public sector projects.

Compensation: $105,000 - $140,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and 401(k).

Additional details: This is a full-time, mid-senior level position in the design, art/creative, and IT sectors.
