Qualifications

• Bachelor's in architecture required with strong design and delivery experience.
• Minimum 7 years of architectural design experience, with PA responsibilities for 2 years.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and project delivery.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in GCC region.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in BIM processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead design management and team leadership to meet deadlines.
• Deliver architectural design from concept to construction drawings.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and external consultants.
• Ensure design quality and compliance with codes and standards.
• Mentor younger team members under HoD directions.
• Maintain BIM models and design documents throughout projects.
