Job summary

Egis is seeking a Graduate Engineer – Roads and Civil to join our Design team in Amman, Jordan. You will work alongside senior engineers on road and civil infrastructure projects, contributing to planning, design, and delivery from concept through to completion.

This role emphasizes CAD proficiency (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and BIM familiarity, supporting design documentation, data analysis, and collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering design principles.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD / Civil 3D).
• Ability to produce accurate technical drawings and design documents.
• Solid understanding of design standards, codes, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and design documentation in accordance with relevant standards and codes
• Conduct site surveys and analyse data to support design development and decision‑making
• Collaborate with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions to engineering challenges
• Review and quality‑assure design outputs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to project requirements
• Contribute to the preparation of design reports and technical presentations for clients and stakeholders
• Maintain organised project records and documentation throughout the design process
• Support the team in meeting project deadlines and delivering high‑quality outputs
• Engage in continuous professional development and stay abreast of emerging design methodologies and technologies
