DELV Design seeks a Senior Project Architect specializing in adaptive reuse and preservation to lead renovation and repurposing of historic buildings in Indiana. You will guide projects through all phases, mentor staff, and help expand the firm’s client base.

You’ll work with a collaborative team, manage design development, approvals, and construction administration, ensuring quality outcomes and community-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in architecture
• Current architectural license in Indiana
• Portfolio demonstrating preservation/adaptive reuse work

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and design teams through all phases from due diligence to closeout
• Mentor junior staff and build team expertise in adaptive reuse and preservation
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to pursue new work
