Job summary

DELV is seeking a project architect to lead a diverse mix of projects, collaborating with a design team and coordinating with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants through all project phases from due diligence to closeout.

Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite is required, with SketchUp preferred. You will plan and detail exterior and interior components, communicate designs in 3D, and hold an architecture degree with licensure in Indiana or residence state.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in architecture.
• Strong experience with architectural design processes and documentation.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to realize project visions.
• Lead projects through all phases from due diligence to closeout.

Job description

As a project architect you’ll work on a diverse mix of project types and will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to discover visions and implement goals. You’ll do so alongside a collaborative design team leading projects through all phases of due diligence/assessments, design, approvals and permitting, construction administration, and closeout. You will be engaged in a variety of project types and complexities requiring skills in project management and architectural document delivery.

To be a fit for this spot on our team, you are:

• Proficient with Revit and Adobe Suite
• Sketchup proficiency is preferred
• Are able to plan and detail exterior and interior components of various types of construction
• Are comfortable working in initial conceptual stages as well as the nitty gritty of a project
• Are well versed in visualization tools and able to communicate designs three-dimensionally with a variety of tools and software platforms
• Have a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in architecture
• Hold an architectural license in Indiana or state of residence
