Qualifications

Our must-haves:

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Minimum 2 years of Revit experience; AutoCAD, SketchUp, Creative Office Suite, and MS Office experience preferred
• Consultative approach to client needs
• Superior customer service and follow-through
• Experience in all phases of project work
• Commitment to project deadlines
• California license
• Demonstrable OSHPD experience, including successful documentation, approval, and construction administration of an OSHPD project
• Highly collaborative project team leadership skills
