Shepley Bulfinch in Houston, TX seeks a Senior Project Architect to lead or assist in producing architectural drawings, interface with clients, and guide meetings during construction administration.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of experience on all phases of architectural projects.
• B.Arch., M.Arch. or equivalent degree.
• Registered architect preferred (licensure in progress acceptable).
• Significant experience with Revit for architectural documentation; ability to review submittals, respond to RFIs, and revise documents in Revit.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% regionally and nationally.

Shepley Bulfinch is seeking a well-rounded Senior Project Architect who is creative and passionate about architecture, curious about solving complex problems, and looking to grow and learn from others that share the same values. We are looking for someone comfortable leading or assisting in the internal production and delivery of architectural drawings, interfacing with clients, and leading meetings during the construction administration phase of a project.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of experience working on all phases of architectural projects
• B.Arch., M.Arch. or equivalent degree
• Registered architect preferred (we will accept candidates actively pursuing licensure)
• Significant experience managing and using Revit for architectural documentation, as well as experience reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs and revising documents in Revit.
• Up to 20% travel expected regionally and nationally
