HDR is seeking a Senior Project Architect to join our architecture practice. This role involves providing architectural expertise, mentoring, and delivering innovative designs for facilities across markets such as civic, community, higher education, and science. Responsibilities include designing, layout, detailing, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and managing projects from planning through construction administration. Additional duties may include scope preparation, client meetings, design reviews, schematic and design development sessions, conflict reviews, specifications writing, and construction administration. The ideal candidate is creative, self-motivated, and possesses strong communication and leadership skills, with a passion for excellence.
