Zeyron is seeking a senior Architect focused on leading complex design and delivery in the Upstate New York region. The role emphasizes hands-on participation in design, documentation, and coordination with consultants to drive successful project outcomes.

The candidate should bring 10+ years of architecture experience, strong QA/QC, and a solid understanding of codes and construction documents to ensure project integrity across multiple phases.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressively responsible architectural design and project delivery experience.
• Experience leading projects through design, documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administration.
• Strong QA/QC and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction documents, specifications, and project delivery.
• Local to Upstate New York area preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical project leadership while remaining actively engaged in project delivery.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with codes and standards throughout all project phases.

Strong understanding of building codes, construction documents, specifications, and project delivery

Pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) knowledge/experience preferred

Looking for someone who can provide technical project leadership while remaining actively engaged in project delivery

Local to the Upstate New York area preferred.
