Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of professional architecture experience with project management responsibility.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Registered Architect preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, BIM, and Enscape.
• Experience leading projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of design, documentation, codes, permitting, and municipal approvals.
• Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be local to Dutchess, Orange, or Ulster County, NY.
• Must be comfortable working full-time, in-office in Poughkeepsie, NY.

Responsibilities
