Astreya is seeking a Project Manager to be at the center of Edge Operations, serving as the primary intake point for emergent issues, strategic opportunities, and cross-functional project work. This role leads both emergent and enduring projects that drive operational efficiency, automation, AI integration, and tooling innovation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4-6 years of program/project management or operational leadership experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to articulate ideas clearly.
• Strong data analytics skills to drive decisions.
• Experience driving automation, process improvement, or AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead emergent and enduring projects end-to-end from intake to retrospective.
• Serve as intake point to assess, prioritize, and route issues.
• Drive rapid iteration cycles with cross-functional teams.
• Own planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder updates.
• Balance a portfolio of concurrent projects across domains.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce waste.
• Champion automation and AI-powered tooling enhancements.
• Develop SOPs, playbooks, and scalable documentation.
• Lead cross-functional response during operational crises.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain composure under pressure and guide teams through ambiguity.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate complex info clearly to diverse audiences.
• Provide regular status updates and impact reports.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive decisions.
• Use data analytics to surface actionable insights.
