  • Experience creating project charters, requirements documentation, process maps, and status reporting artifacts.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies.

  • Support executive and leadership reporting through dashboards, presentations, and project status updates.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Assist with testing coordination, requirements validation, and solution reviews.
  • Advocate for established project management methodologies, governance standards, and organizational ways of working.
  • Support initiatives utilizing Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, and Kanban delivery frameworks.

Job description

Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Project Analyst (PMO Governance) to join an established enterprise organization in Salisbury, NC (Hybrid). The Senior Project Analyst will support the Project Management Office (PMO) by driving project governance, business analysis activities, process improvement initiatives, and project execution standards across multiple technology-focused initiatives. This individual will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and leadership to ensure projects follow established methodologies and governance frameworks. This position requires working onsite 3 days per week in Salisbury, NC.



Responsibilities for the Senior PM ( PMO Governance) :
