Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Senior Project Analyst to support our team at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. This onsite role involves planning, management, and oversight of defense programs with less than 10% travel.

You will manage budgets, lead IPTs, and perform systems integration of fire control and kinetic effectors across mobile systems. The role requires milestone documentation, test and evaluation, and drafting of technical requirements for acquisition initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of ten (10) years of related experience.
• Candidate must be a US Citizen and currently hold a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as focal point and Project Officer for planning, management, and oversight of assigned program activities.
• Manage program budgets and resources to achieve objectives and ensure accountability for weapon systems and equipment.
• Lead Integrated Product/Process Teams (IPTs) and perform systems integration of fire control and kinetic effectors.
• Develop milestone documentation, conduct test and evaluation, and identify interface gaps for defensive capabilities.
• Draft technical requirements, statements of work, and conduct proposal reviews to field prototype ammunition and components.
