Qualifications

• Three+ years of real estate accounting experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate draw requests, including remittance, invoices, lien waivers and funding sources.
• Record and post funds, manage SOS, batch costs in SOS and reconcile with AvidXchange and Yardi.
• Review and code vendor invoices to correct fixed assets and job cost codes.
• Deliver best-in-class client service and collaborate across teams.
