Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in project-based environments.
• Experience with general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Strong ability to communicate financial results to varied stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger accounting activities and ensure timely recording of transactions.
• Perform detailed account reconciliations, including bank and payroll.
• Analyze P&L and balance sheets to understand performance and drivers.
• Support month-end close with journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve complex accounting issues.
• Prepare and review financial reporting for accuracy and GAAP alignment.
• Communicate results and variances clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Collaborate with operations and executives to align financial info with activities.
